Online Seminar on Scientific and Technical Cooperation in the field of Hydrogen Energy

On 15 April 2025, an online seminar on scientific and technical cooperation in the field of hydrogen energy was held. The seminar was held as part of the implementation of tasks under the Memorandum of Cooperation between RSE NNC RK, China Energy Overseas Investment Company and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

The purpose of the seminar was to discuss priority areas of cooperation and to develop proposals for their inclusion in the roadmap for the establishment of the Central Asian Scientific, Technical and Innovative Hydrogen Energy Center in Kurchatov.    

The seminar participants presented reports on the results of their activities in the field of hydrogen technology development. Following the seminar, agreements were reached on the form and timing of the Roadmap development, a visit to Kurchatov, and mechanisms for developing cooperation in the field of training scientific personnel for hydrogen energy were discussed.

The online seminar has become an important step towards straightening international cooperation and coordination of joint scientific efforts in the field of green energy. The work is proceeding in accordance with the schedule.  The implementation of the initiative for the creation of a joint center in Kurchatov is in full swing.
