Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant personnel training field.
An academic degree at Doctor of Philosophy or Candidate of Sciences level.
At least 5 years’ experience in scientific and organizational work in a managerial position (researcher, head of group, deputy head of laboratory, etc.).
Publication of scientific papers in rated domestic and foreign journals with a non-zero impact factor relevant to the laboratory’s work profile.
Experience of conducting experimental studies of the hydraulic and gas dynamic characteristics of products and their components.

Professional skills:

Monitoring the operation of measuring instruments;
Conducting the experimental work and research;
Monitoring the compliance with the labor regulations, labor protection, and fire safety;
Monitoring the technical preparation of production;

Personal qualities:

Responsibility;
Ability to make quick decisions;
Ability to work in a team;
Discipline.

In order to participate in the competition, the following documents must be provided to the Scientific Secretary of the IAE RSE NNC RK by 11 June 2025:

An application to the Competition Commission for admission to participate in the competition.
A copy of the diploma for higher and postgraduate education (if available), along with any attachments;
A performance review (recommendation) from the most recent place of employment (if applicable);
A copy of the employment document;
A CV;
A list of scientific papers (Form 2.3).
