9th International Hydrogen Technologies Congress

From May 25 to May 28, 2025, the 9th International Hydrogen Technologies Congress IHTEC-2025 was held in Izmir (Turkey), organized by Dokuz Eylul University in cooperation with the Association of Hydrogen Technologies. Mukhamedova N.M., Agatanova A.A. and Ospanova Zh.N, the employees of the Center for Technological Competencies in the field of Hydrogen Energy of the Institute of Atomic Energy Branch of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the event by the invitation of the organizers of the congress.

The IHTEC-2025 Congress has become an important international platform for the exchange of knowledge and advanced developments in the field of hydrogen energy. The main focus was on the production, storage, transportation and safety of hydrogen, as well as the integration of hydrogen technologies into the energy systems of the future. The event included plenary sessions, breakout reports and discussions, which were attended by leading scientists, engineers and industry representatives from different countries.

The colleagues of the NNC RK presented the results of the research carried out as part of the implementation of scientific and technical projects of the enterprise in the field of hydrogen energy development. The participation in IHTEC-2025 allowed the specialists of the IAE of the NNC RK not only to demonstrate the high level of the national scientific developments, but also to establish new professional contacts, exchange experience with foreign colleagues and outline prospects for further cooperation.
