Nuclear safety begins with science

Viktor Baklanov, Director of the “Institute of Atomic Energy” Branch of the RSE “National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan” gave an interview to the Azattyq Ruhy. In his interview, he discussed the role of research reactors and Kazakhstan’s scientific infrastructure in the development of nuclear energy.
