JAEA Annual «Reactor Technology» Training Course

From June 1 to 5, 2026, the annual training course “Reactor Engineering” was held at the Branch “Institute of Atomic Energy” of the RSE NNC RK as part of the professional development. The course was delivered by specialists of the enterprise, whose lectures covered the main areas of activity of the Institute of Atomic Energy. Within the framework of cooperation with JAEA in personnel training for the nuclear industry, two JAEA experts also participated as guest lecturers with presentations on such topics as nuclear safety, nuclear fuel, engineering ethics and safety culture, and severe loss-of-coolant accidents. The course was attended by employees of the enterprise. Upon completion of the lecture and practical training program, the participants were awarded certificates of completion.
